Ms. MacIsaac, who brings a tremendous level of entertainment, intellectual property and general business litigation experience, specializes in litigating cases in the video game industry, having represented global leaders such as UbiSoft and Spark Unlimited. Formerly a partner at Greenberg Glusker, where she was instrumental in establishing the Video Gaming Practice Group, Ms. MacIsaac achieved landmark success for her clients including an out-of-court settlement for video game developer Spark Unlimited in a suit against Activision Publishing, as well as a $13 million award in UbiSoft’s favor following mediation with MGA Entertainment, then-owner of the “Bratz” property. In April 2009, Ms. MacIsaac was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Century City Bar Association, and named Chair of its Entertainment Law Section. Ms. MacIsaac earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and graduated magna cum laude from University of Pennsylvania Law School. Her accomplishments have consistently earned her recognition as a “Southern California Rising Star” by Los Angeles Magazine.
