Wogai Mohmand is a Los Angeles-based litigation attorney whose experience spans trademark actions, contract disputes, product liability, securities, consumer class actions, and antitrust matters. She also co-founded and coordinates Project ANAR, which provides legal services to over thousands of Afghans seeking entry into the United States, following the U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan. Wogai has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, and Al Jazeera for her work through Project ANAR.
Prior to joining KWIKH, Wogai was a Litigation Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a Clinical Student at East Bay Community Law Center, and a Judicial Extern for Justice Therese M. Stewart at the California Court of Appeal, First District.
